MUST HAVES:

•    5 + years of hands-on Human Resources management experience
•    HR Generalist experience
•    Training or courses in Employment Law, NLRB, Union Negotiations, Interviewing, Recruiting, HRIS
•    A strong record of promoting employee engagement
