MUST HAVES:
•    Previous Management experience of at least 30 employees, including Supervisors
•    10 + years of overall experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production environment
•    A background in or a strong understanding of safety rules and concepts in manufacturing
•    Must be willing to work 2nd Shift (8 PM to 6:30 AM Monday – Thursday)
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as an understanding of math

PLUSES ++:
•    A Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred and recommended +
•    Experience with furniture or cabinetry manufacturing is a plus +
